Campus Pride March 2025

About this event

Starting outside the Students' Union, you can hear from leaders of »ªÌåÓý LGBT+ Staff Network and LSU LGBTQ+ Students’ Association, before setting off on a march around campus. Follow the rainbow bus as you march, dance, and chant your way around campus. Feel free to dress in rainbow and trans flag colours, bring flags and banners. There will be flags and face paints to share too.

All LGBT+ people, friends, families and allies are invited to march together across the »ªÌåÓý campus to highlight issues facing LGBT+ people around the world, and in our own community, as well as to celebrate the progress that has been made since the first Pride March in 1970.

Accessibility arrangements are in place, including partnering with Kinchbus for a dedicated, Pride-themed shuttle bus. The bus will be part of the parade and you can hop in if you would like to follow the march without walking.
